Sierra Designs High Side 1-Person Tent

A lightweight, sturdy solo shelter, the Sierra Designs High Side 1 backpacking tent also has modularity to pitch it the rainfly with an awning-style entry. Measuring 88 x 28 (at its widest point), the tent has an 18.5 square foot interior. A vestibule in front of the large side door provides an additional 7.7 square feet of protected external storage. Prebent DAC Featherlight aluminum poles provide the non-freestanding tent with structure. Stakes are included to ensure a taut and secure pitch. Ample mesh on the tent body promotes circulation to fight condensation build-up inside the tent. Coated with waterproof polyurethane, the 20D nylon ripstop fly and 30D nylon ripstop floor are lightweight and durable. All of the seams are tape-sealed to bolster weather protection. The compatible custom-fit Sierra Designs High Side 1 Footprint (sold separately) can be used to further protect the floor of the tent from sharp objects mud and ground water.
